excellent service

I ordered an "everyday backpack". Very nice product, only a zipper on the top was broken after a few days. Very unfortunate and I immediately sent them a message with a photo. The same day a new one was immediately sent without any problems. Very happy with the service :)

Excellent after sales service

I have purchased a number of their products including their carbon fibre travel tripod ; the products are expensive but come with a lifetime warranty and the after sales service has been excellent ; would highly recommend

Shocking aftersales service

Goods are expensive for what they are and the after sales customer service is shocking. I have contacted them 3 times via the site 'Talk to a Human' email link without response.

The Apple of Photography Gear

I love Peak Design! A few years ago I invested in their crossbody strap and wrist and have never looked back. The straps are well worth their weight in gold. They feel secure, look sleek, and work PERFECTLY together - truly a feat of engineering to make products that work so well together. I'm just waiting for the day they create an integration so I can go instantly from a cross body strap attached at the base of the camera to a tripod without unscrewing and screwing something new in again. Plus, carbon natural, it doesn't get any better!

Old Slide Lite Camera Strap Issue

Back in 2016 I bought a Slide Lite camera strap. It's always worked a treat up until recently after taking it out of my camera bag I noticed that the rubber grip on neck the strap had become very tacky (leaving black marks on anything it went near). I filled in the warranty claim form (a very simple process) and got a response within a day confirming that a new strap would be sent out.
You simply can't argue with that customer service

Never have I experienced such top…

Never have I experienced such top service and reassurance that I always get what I buy - if not more. A few years ago I bought the Everyday Messenger bag which has been my constant companion, even though it had a defective seam (it ripped early on). Now that I have reached a point where the seam is too big, I contacted support about what I can do.
To my great surprise, they ensured me that I can always feel safe with a purchase from Peak Designs, and offered to either send me a new bag or give me a gift card in the store. Since the first iteration of these bags have been discontinued due to a new and even better lineup, I was instead offered an upgrade. This is how you create loyal customers and brand advocates, people. I will always keep recommending Peak Design and I will always come back to purchase from them, when the need for another bag arises.
Special shout-out to Chelle and Eric who has helped me throughout my customer service journey with Peak Design. <3

Awesome products and after sales support.

(Edit: I was just informed after I posted this that TrustPilot want to give shout outs for companies who are supporting those in need during the COVID Crisis, thought it worth noting that Peak Design are passing the early profits from their new tripod to charities during the launch.)
Surprised these guys don't have more hits here. Peak Design are one of my favourite design firms who's work centres around camera gear. I have several straps, one bag and their new tripod and get a lot of enjoyment out of all of them.
I wanted to leave a review just to say thanks for their effortlessly simple warranty process. My bag's zipper fell apart at one corner and after 3 (!) years since purchase they sent me a replacement without any hassle at all. I did not expect anything like that and wasn't thinking of contacting them about at all until a colleague of mine suggested it was worth giving it a go. I'm really happy as I loved the bag but couldn't really splash out so much on another one (they are rather expensive items..). It's a shame the zip failed but none the less..
